11 weeks and growing...

Well, a lot has changed since I last updated the blog. I made it through tax season and am now enjoying 2 weeks off, staying at home with Chapman! It is so amazing how fast he has grown. I was just looking back at the pictures of Chapman on my last update and he has changed so much! We went to his 8 week checkup (about 3 weeks ago) and he weighed 14 pounds! We weighed him last weekend at the lake and he weighed between 15.5 and 16 pounds....at 11 weeks! He is a chunk and it is so cute! He has started smiling and wants to "talk" all the time! He also LOVES bath time! I can't wait until the lake warms up and he can get in the water. He is going to enjoy every minute of swimming in the "big bath tub"!

Chapman went to his first church service when Rylee (our niece) was baptized and he did great. Of course I was a nervous wreck because we were sitting front and center. He went to Easter the next weekend and was a perfect little boy again!

Jason and I are having the best time as parents and feel so blessed to have such a wonderful son! We love every minute we get to spend with him and are just so in love with him. Everyone always says it is so amazing how a child can change your life, but there is no way you can actually understand what they mean until you experience it. We thank God everyday for our precious angel!

I posted some recent pictures of Chapman below! Hope you enjoy!

Deep thoughts!
